Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 based on your skills, experience and ability.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify and aggressively pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and professional networking.
  • Develop and sustain robust relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Expertly present and demonstrate our top-tier fenestration products to clients.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales reports and accurate forecasts.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Description

We are in search of an elite, highly motivated Field-Based Sales Person to become a key player in our expanding sales team. This role is ideal for a self-driven professional who excels in establishing new connections, nurturing client relationships, and achieving significant sales targets. You will be instrumental in generating new business and expanding existing accounts within your assigned territory.

The Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience include:

  • Demonstrated success in sales, ideally in a field-based role within the fenestration industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to close deals.
  • Self-motivated with an unwavering commitment to exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently managing your schedule.
  • Valid driver's license and readiness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
