Main Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and related hardware and software.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of IT services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Implement security measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of data.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to plan and implement system upgrades and new technologies.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.

The Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience include:
- Proven experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of server and network administration.
- Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware.
- Solid understanding of security practices and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common office software.
- Familiarity with VoIP systems and peripheral device management.
