High Security Sash Windows for Apartments in Retford

Contractor, MV Construction (GB), which offers building services across the retail, private, healthcare, education, and new-build sectors, specified 52 Quickslide Legacy VS windows in Agate Grey on Smooth White for the West Street Apartments project. The three-story new-build, situated in Retford, comprises 6 x 1-bedroom and 6 x 2-bedroom dwellings.

While the project’s Conservation Area status meant planning permission was originally granted based on the installation of wooden sliding sash windows, it was eventually agreed that PVC-U versions would also be considered for an aesthetic that was in-keeping with the character of the surrounding buildings and architecture.
